• Personal Information: When you sign in via Google or register an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture.
• User Content: Information you provide in your listings, including item descriptions, prices, and uploaded images of kitesurfing equipment.
• Communication Data: Messages sent between users through our real-time chat service.
• Device Information: We collect device identifiers (FCM tokens) to send you push notifications for chats, moderation updates, and marketplace alerts.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the marketplace and facilitate transactions.
• To enable communication between buyers and sellers.
• To send important service notifications and marketplace updates.
• To moderate content and maintain a safe community through our reporting and blocking systems.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to enhance Application performance and security:

• Supabase: Used for database management, authentication, and secure image storage.
• Firebase (Google): Used for Cloud Messaging (push notifications) and Application analytics.
• Google Sign-In: Used to provide a secure and easy authentication experience.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time.

In-App Deletion: You can delete your profile and all associated data directly within the Application via the "Account" section.

Manual Request: You may also contact us via email to request data removal.

5. Moderation and Safety

To ensure a safe environment, NeedKite includes features to report inappropriate content or block users. Data related to reports may be reviewed by administrators to enforce our community standards.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
